Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect (extremely unlikely since items are quality checked both before sale and also prior to shipping). You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.

1. Please email blingitsparkles@yahoo.com to notify us of a return and the reason for a return. No refunds will be provided, only a store credit equal to the price of the purchased item.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. The original receipt must be included in order for an online store credit to be issued.

Return Exceptions

Items that have been used, altered or not in the original package will not be accepted for a credit.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your store credit.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. This is the only instance were a refund will be provided, otherwise, returns are subject to a store credit upon receipt of the items in their original condition.

Shipping Policy Turnaround

Orders take 1-2 days to process and will be shipped on Saturdays and Mondays (unless weather conditions or other extraneous circumstances exist). Special requests outside of these shipment days may be accommodated upon request and approval. Please send us an e-mail or a chat through the Messenger feature, located on the lower right hand corner of the screen, with your shipping request. We will do our very best to accommodate you.

FREE Shipping on ALL orders above $100.00

Carriers

Your orders will arrive by USPS. A tracking number will be sent to your email address when your order is shipping out.

Order Tracking

All orders with e-mail addresses on file will receive tracking information for their packages through their email address on file. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the fees, as shown above. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to opt out of your order if you decide not to accept our shipping fees/rates/policy.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

Shipping Address
Email Address

How Is My Information Used?

Your information is ONLY used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE! You may receive an occasional letter or holiday card but NO mailing advertisements or spam will occur.

Security and Storage

Only your name, billing/shipping address, and order contents are stored on our secure server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store or handle your Credit Card data.
